Bio-Matcha ZEN is a low-priced entry-level Matcha, originating from Aichi Prefecture, which is ideal for refining food and preparing cold and hot drinks. It is a good organic quality, which has a bright green color and is bitter and slightly bitter in taste.
This organic matcha is also shaded about six weeks before the harvest in order to enrich itself with amino acids. Only the pure leafy meat without stem is processed, which is slowly ground to the finest powder in granite stone mills.

Matcha green tea powder is used both for the traditional tea ceremony with a bamboo brush and matcha bowl and as an ingredient for cold and warm drinks of all kinds (milkshakes, smoothies, fruit juices, etc.) as well as for cooking and baking.
